Physiotherapists Surrey Hills

We all want to move as freely as possible and reach our fitness and wellness goals, whatever they may be. And as humans, we’re all built differently and have different versions of what’s ‘normal’ to us.

When something doesn’t feel quite right in the body you’ve always had, it may feel frightening and concerning. Sometimes things like injuries and illnesses can stand in the way of us reaching our goals— but it doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t recoup and recover.

Benefits Of Physiotherapy

What To Expect:

When you get great advice from someone you trust, things get better.

People come to Eastside because we are experts in our field; but they return because they know we care about getting the best possible results for our patients.

We believe every body has the potential to improve. We pride ourselves on finding the best path to your recovery, and guiding you back to full health through our Our 3 Step Process For Better Results.

1. Accurate Diagnosis

We carefully gather your injury history to determine its cause, conduct a comprehensive physical assessment to determine its severity, and emphasise the importance of this process, as previous treatments may not have matched the injury's grade, leading to perceived rehab failures.

2. Pain Reduction

Expect hands-on care aimed at addressing pain and expediting recovery, along with an in-depth understanding of the factors behind your pain and guidance on actions to accelerate your healing.

3. Tailored Recovery Program

Your prescribed exercises are tailored to your injury and unique requirements, and your physiotherapist will provide ongoing guidance for your fastest possible improvement. Upon treatment completion, you'll have the tools and knowledge for self-maintenance.
