Claire is a highly specialised Women's and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist with a wealth of expertise in her field. Claire has pursued advanced post-graduate training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, after having successfully completed both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. Claire's professional journey has seen her contribute to various clinics over the years, enriching the scope and depth of her practice.
Claire's specialisation lies in the comprehensive treatment and management of a diverse range of pelvic health conditions, including incontinence, prolapse, endometriosis, pelvic floor weakness, pregnancy and post-natal recovery, and sexual pain. Claire has a passion for education, awareness and prevention of pelvic floor disorders throughout all stages of the lifespan. She enjoys sharing knowledge and is regularly involved in training and development for both local health professionals and community groups regarding treatment and management of pelvic health and pregnancy-related pelvic conditions.
Known for her kind, empathetic, and nurturing approach, Claire understands the sensitive nature of the topics she handles and ensures that each patient is treated with the utmost respect and privacy they deserve. She adopts an individualised and holistic approach to her patients treatment and overall well-being.
Claire takes joy in keeping women active during pregnancy and supporting their return to activity after childbirth. She leads reformer-based pre-natal and post-natal exercise classes here at Eastside as well as taking Clinical Exercise Classes for other pelvic health conditions.
Outside the clinic, Claire embraces an active lifestyle. She's typically running, hanging out with friends or chasing the warmer weather.
