Reformer-based Pregnancy and Post-natal exercise classes taught by a qualified physiotherapist and are suitable for any stage of your pregnancy or post-natal journey.

Targeted group exercise class to help seniors stay active and avoid falls. This class is suited to you if you are 75+ years of age or if you lack confidence with balance and walking.
Resistance-based group exercise classes focused on building and maintaining bone density, strength and balance. Best suited to those 50+ who have been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis
