Is Mat Pilates suitable for beginners?

Yes - our instructors work with beginners on a weekly basis. All of the exercises and movements in a class can be modified to reduce the level of challenge. Our trained instructors will ensure you are exercising correctly to ensure safety and facilitate learning as you’re developing your strength and flexibility.

Do I need to bring my own Mat?

We have Mats for public use, but you can bring your own if you prefer.

What do I wear to my classes?

Comfortable clothes that stretch are best. You can also purchase grip socks here in the clinic which helps with balance and slipping.
