Antenatal Pilates
Surrey Hills

Childbearing years can be an exciting yet challenging time for your body as it undergoes rapid and significant changes. Participating in regular exercise throughout your pregnancy and beyond can help you stay healthy and feeling well.

Our Pregnancy and Post-natal exercise classes are Reformer-based (equipment-based) and are suitable for any stage of your pregnancy or postnatal journey. These classes are taught by a qualified physiotherapist with a specific understanding of ante-natal women's health needs.

Pilates is a low-impact and very safe form of exercise, however we encourage you to speak with your doctor or specialist prior to commencement if you have been diagnosed or have a reported increased risk of a pregnancy-related medical condition including hypertension, gestational diabetes, or preeclampsia.

Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays and babies are welcome to attend.
