Brogan is a physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and strength and conditioning. He enjoys helping people reduce pain, move better, and build long term resilience so they can return to the activities that matter most to them.
Originally from New Zealand, Brogan completed his physiotherapy training before relocating to Australia to continue his career in private practice. He combines hands-on treatment with structured, exercise-based rehabilitation to achieve lasting results.
Brogan has a particular interest in chronic pain and persistent low back pain. His approach focuses on clear assessment, identifying key physical deficits, and delivering targeted exercise programs to restore strength, movement, and confidence. He also places a strong emphasis on education, helping patients understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery.
With a background in powerlifting and hockey, Brogan understands the physical demands of training, injury, and performance. This shapes his approach, with a strong focus on strength development, movement quality, and long term injury prevention.
Brogan takes a practical and supportive approach to care, ensuring patients feel confident in their diagnosis and clear on the steps required to improve.
Outside of the clinic, Brogan enjoys training in the gym and continuing to develop his own strength and performance.
