Our trained instructors will ensure you are exercising correctly to ensure safety and facilitate learning as you’re developing your strength and flexibility.

Do I need to bring my own Mat?

We have Mats for public use, but you can bring your own if you prefer.

What do I wear to my classes?

Comfortable clothes that stretch are best. You can also purchase grip socks here in the clinic which helps with balance and slipping.
