Tim graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, having previously received an Exercise Science qualification from the University of Tasmania. Tim utilises a wide range of evidence-based manual techniques and exercise rehabilitation programs to assist clients in achieving their goals.

Being a runner himself, Tim takes a special interest in treating and managing running athletes. He is skilled in run program development, gait analysis and strength and conditioning programs for runners. Tim also has a wealth of experience providing pitch-side management and injury-prevention programs for local football and soccer clubs, and is currently the head physiotherapist for the Camberwell Hockey Club Women’s Premier team.

Tim holds a DMA Clinical Pilates certification, and combines these principles of motor control with a strong background in strength and conditioning to help build healthy, active and injury-resilient individuals. In addition, Tim is a certified GLA:D osteoarthritis practitioner and is the primary coordinator of this program at Eastside.
