Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise Rehabilitation is a specific program designed to address issues that are contributing to pain or dysfunction in the body.  Your program will target;

Mobility: to reduce stiffness of specific areas or lengthen muscles.

Activations: isolated exercises to increase the strength of specific muscles and joints.

Motor Control: exercises designed to help learning or re-learning movements that are often lost when pain or injury is present.

Strength and Endurance: to build tolerance and resilience to the strain that goes through the body during loading.

Sport Specific: training that is specific to your activity eg. Repetitive lifting, agility, kicking or throwing.

A successful rehabilitation program will help you move better and get more out of your body.
